Rebeca is a Colombian artist currently based in Muscat.
Born in a very artistic family, Rebeca was expose to art since a very young age. Her artistic career started creating wall murals and is easy to find some of Rebeca’s wall paintings around Muscat in many private residences and commercial buildings.
Been is a very versatile artist, beside her wall murals, she loves working with oils and acrylics on wood and canvas.
Her work has been mainly figurative, and recently she has developed a special interest for the Arabian architecture, introducing many elements of the Omani culture to her paintings
Her Colombian background, and had grown close to the sea had influence her paintings and the Caribbean color and happiness is shown in all artwork.
